At FlashFrame, we value privacy. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices, including how we treat your personal information. This policy explains our privacy practices for FlashFrame LLC. and its related companies ("Company"), FlashFrame’s mobile application (the "App"), and our other services provided including our API. We'll refer to the Site, the App, the API, and our other services as the "Services." For all Global Users FlashFrame LLC located in Chicago, United States is the data controller. This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.



WHAT WE COLLECT

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. We collect your‎ name, email address, username, password as well as other information you directly give via the Service.
If you are using the Service to as a consumer to download/purchase/receive images or content from our providers then we may collect your name, email, payment information and mailing address. All payment information is encrypted and handled through secure socket layers (SSL) by our payment provider, Stripe. This information is highly confidential and cannot be shared with anyone. Your mailing address may be shared with our shipping partner, Pwinty, to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. We may store this information for a period of time (up to 5 years) on our servers to ensure that we may refund any unwanted purchases.
If you have registered an account and are using the Service to provide content for customers including but not limited to Photos, Images and Video we collect certain information from you to provide you wil the best possible experience. We may collect your name, company, email address, username, password, relevant social media, google analytics code, and payment information. All payment information is encrypted and handled through secure socket layers (SSL) by our payment provider, Stripe. We may store this information for a period of time (up to 5 years since the close of your last activity) on our servers to ensure the best user experience for you. From time to time you may use the service to store and distribute third party data regarding your customers. We lay no claims to this information and by agreeing to the service you assume all responsibility or liability for actions you may take with this information.

Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from the Service.

Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our Service, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Service.

You cannot opt-out of service-related messages for members as these contain information vitaly pertinent to the health of your account.

We partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites. If you have chosen to connect your account to an external third-party application, such as Facebook, or an app developed using the API, you can change your settings and remove permission for the app by changing your account settings.
