Proses pendaftaran bagi Photographer:

1. Fotografer mendaftarkan diri melalui https://www.flashframe.io/register.
2. Fotografer yang telah terdaftar akan dikirimkan email dari Flashframe untuk mengisi data pribadi melalui Google Form paling lambat sebelum tgl 4 September 2019.
3. Flashframe akan mengirimkan email pemberitahuan ke Photographer bahwa pendaftaran telah berhasil dilakukan dan disertakan lampiran di bawah ini:

a. Panduan / Instruksi penggunaan aplikasi Flashframe.

b. Catatan untuk Photographer, posisi yang diperbolehkan untuk berfoto, peta lomba, dan tata cara berfoto di hari lomba.

Syarat dan ketentuan umum:

1. Pendaftaran di website flashframe akan ditutup pada pukul 23.00 WITA tanggal 2 September 2019 dan Photographer dapat mengisi Google form hingga 4 September 2019 pukul 20.00 WITA.
2. Photographer disarankan membuka rekening di Maybank agar bisa menerima pembayaran lebih cepat*. Pembayaran ke rekening Maybank akan dilakukan paling lambat 30 hari kerja setelah lomba, sementara pembayaran ke rekening bank lain akan dilakukan paling lambat 60 hari setelah lomba.
3. Photographer yang telah terdaftar di Flashframe akan diperlakukan sebagai masyarakat umum dan wajib mematuhi semua peraturan yang berlaku.
4. Photographer bebas untuk mengambil posisi yang bagus atau berpindah tempat di sekitar lintasan lomba (diharapkan hadir sebelum dilakukan penutupan jalan), terkecuali AREA TERLARANG seperti PUSAT LOMBA (Area yang dibarikade seperti Finish / Start Area) dan BANJAR SIYUT (karena jalan ini dipakai sepenuhnya oleh para pelari Half Marathon dan 10K). Area Terlarang adalah area yang hanya boleh dimasuki oleh Photographer resmi Maybank Marathon Bali 2019 yang menggunakan ID Card yang berlaku.
5. Untuk setiap foto yang terjual (IDR 35,000 per foto), Photographer akan mendapatkan 50% atas bagi hasil dari penjualan per-foto.
6. Photographer TIDAK BOLEH MENGHALANGI jalur para pelari selama berfoto dan WAJIB mengikuti arahan tim marshal setiap saat di area lomba.
7. Photographer boleh menggunakan kamera professional (SLR) / semi pro / Go Pro / kamera pocket / smartphone KECUALI DRONE (hanya diperbolehkan untuk photographer resmi dari Maybank Marathon Bali 2019 yang menggunakan ID Card). Perlu diketahui bahwa semakin baik kualitas foto, maka akan semakin diminati oleh para pelari untuk membeli foto tersebut.
8. Diharapkan untuk Photographer mengabadikan foto pelari yang memperlihatkan BIB / Nomor Lari. Karena sistem Flashframe akan dengan mudah membaca BIB / Nomor Lari pelari.
9. Saat upload foto di Flashframe, Photographer dapat langsung upload foto-foto di website Flashframe.
10. Maybank tidak bertanggung jawab dan dilepaskan dari segala bentuk resiko maupun tuntutan apabila terjadi penyalahgunaan platform flashframe oleh Photographer atau pun pihak lain dalam bentuk apapun, termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada pengambilan foto yang tidak sesuai, pelanggaran peraturan yang berlaku pada saat pengambilan foto, penggunaan peralatan yang tidak sesuai, adanya kerugian yang terjadi pada pihak lain disaat melakukan aktivitas pengambilan atau pengiriman atau pengunduhan foto, penyalahgunaan hak intelektual pihak atau individu lain.
11. Jika terdapat masalah teknis atau membutuhkan informasi apapun terkait aplikasi Flashframe, Photographer dapat mengirimkan email ke support@flashframe.io.

Proses pembukaan rekening Maybank:

Silahkan mendatangi kantor cabang Maybank terdekat anda dan Customer Service akan melayani pembukaan rekeningnya pada hari kerja dan jam operasional. Daftar cabang Maybank dapat diakses melalui link ini : http://bit.ly/MMB-Branch

Registration Process for photographers:

1. Photographers register throughhttps://www.flashframe.io/register
2. Registered photographers will be sent an email from Flashframe to fill out personal data via Google Form no later than 5 September 2019.
3. Flashframe will send an e-mail notification to the photographer that the registration has been successful and there’ll be attachments including:

a. Guide/instructions for using the Flashframe platform.

b. Note to the photographer: the position allowed to take pictures, marathon map course, and the procedure for taking on the race day.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration on the Flashframe website will be closed at 23:00 WITA/Bali Time on 4 September 2019 and the photographer can fill out the Google Form up until 5 September 2019 at 20:00 WITA/Bali Time.
2. Photographers are advised to open an account on Maybank so that they can receive the payments faster. Payments to Maybank accounts will be made no later than 45 working days after the competition, while payments to other bank accounts will be made no later than 60 days after the competition.
3. Photographers who have registered with Flashframe will be treated as the general public and must comply with all the applicable regulations.
4. Photographers are allowed to take a good position or move around the race track (expected to be present before the road closed), except for BANNED AREAS such as RACE CENTERS (restricted areas such as Finish/Start Area) and BANJAR SIYUT (because this road is fully used by the Half Marathon and 10K runners). Restricted areas are those areas that may only be entered by the Maybank Marathon Bali 2019 official photographer who uses a valid ID Card.
5. PFor every photo sold (IDR 35,000 per photo), the photographer will get 50% of the revenue share from the sale of each photo.
6. Photographers CANNOT get in the runners’ path while taking pictures and MUST comply with the directions from the marshal team at any time in the race area.
7. Photographers may use professional (SLR)/semi pro/Go Pro/pocket/smartphone cameras EXCEPT for DRONE (only allowed for Maybank Marathon Bali 2019 official photographers who use ID Card). Keep in mind that the better the photo quality, the more runners will be interested in buying the photo.
8. It is highly recommended for photographers to capture photos of runners with the bib position/chest number clearly visible in each photo. It will determine whether the photo can be accessed by buyers through the Flashframe website.
9. Photographers are advised not to postpone and upload photos immediately after the event is finished on the Flashframe website.
10. Maybank Indonesia is not responsible and is released from all forms of risks and claims in the event if there’s misuse of the Flashframe platform by photographers or other parties in any form, including but not limited to taking inappropriate photos, violations of regulations that apply when taking photos, the use of equipment that is not appropriate, loss that occurs to other parties when taking/sending/downloading photos, or misuse of intellectual property rights of other parties or individuals.
11. If there are any technical problems or need any information regarding the Flashframe platform, the photographer can send an email to support@flashframe.io.

How to Open a Maybank Account:
